Alex D. Jestaire - Elysium Black 666

I hate you,
I'll kill you all ...
(...)
Now I'm ready.
Just now I'm out.
With the P22 and the Mac.
Ready for the end of the world.

This will be my day.
Mona has just broken up with her boyfriend. It was a great lover but expectations were not the same. Then they stopped, but it is not simple. So, our reporter has made a night of catching up DVD. fatigue and discomfort due to rupture helping her, she retreats into a bubble. I can assure you that the surprise and misunderstanding is total when it falls almost by accident on this blog. She leaves a little to one side to go to work. The atmosphere is a bit special because management has decided to switch information on the paper version of ParisNew .
Go! Hop! Direction Champs Elysees! Mona goes there to investigate a series of murders of homeless people. No one has the air of worry about then our adventurer takes care of the info. Mal took him. She finds herself in a maelstrom of human folly on the bottom of Apocalypse. Through these ersatz bomber and the antics of morbid flash mob, a youth committed the irreparable. Then another ...

Alex D. Jestaire is the author of which Tourville I heard a lot about including Marin Ledun. So, when I was in your hands this book in the series Mona Cabriole , I thought it would be an opportunity to experience the style of the author. And I was very surprised by the virtuosity of Alex succeed in multiplying the scenes in all directions without losing the reader. Precisely, this novel is the only series in which our heroine suffers the events by being a walk on an ad hoc from one scene to another. Therefore, we are dealing with a novel out of step with others. Let me explain. Mona did not conduct an investigation but the investigation falls on Mona and resolves almost without Mona.
But do not think that Mona is a stooge. Quite the contrary, Alex managed the feat of making the journalist hub of all events. It is central to everything but understands nothing. Same for the readers. A jewel in the collection Cabriole.

Coin Tape For Verruca

Valerie Tordjman - The day before

Trauma, the twentieth century has counted a number. Among these, there is a diptych that we are not ready to forget: the atomic explosions. They are embedded in our memories, even for generations born after. Like mine. Mass murder of innocent par excellence. There was a day before. And there is one day after.
Hiroshi Mori, he wants to present a tribute to the day before. At this time when humanity was innocent from the ravages of atoms. To do this, he presents a show called Little Boy . Name of the first nuclear device. It recounts the adventures of Captain Guilty and Dr. Shrink. Captain Guilty is the B-29 pilot in charge of weather readings over Hiroshima. Surveys that have given the green light for dropping the bomb. His partner is other than the German philosopher Claude Eatherly, an anti-nuclear convinced. The mangaka has created a fiction with the characters for his contemporaries no longer feel guilty about the bomb. The victims have become the executioners of their own conscience.
And that just do during this time the photographer Enguerrand? He managed to s'échappper his publisher to come to the place of the beginning of everything. The fates intersect without ever meeting.

Welcome to our collective consciousness.
Hiroshima and Nagasaki. We speak of these cities as the scene of the disaster Nuclear. They are in it for us. But they are something else. They have another sense
Before the fungus, they had their lives and their lives today, they have only their dead But the author asks the loaded question: have you ever thought these events not as historical dates but as slices of life I promise you that when you see things differently. The day before, that's it. It is the day where everything was. Where the laughter rang out, and ran crying. And then, pfff ... It's the end of normal and go back in history. Valerie Tordjmann, as in & Fido Diego, shows finesse in the treatment of his characters. No linear vision, or online media. We are navigating from one point of view to another. We are navigating from one reality to another. And finally we fall back on our feet, and the truth of being normal.

Convert Tub To Walk In Shower

JK Rowling - Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows

Harry Potter. This name resonates in the literature called "young adult" for a dozen years. Rather, I must say that this name resonates in the literature in general. Everyone has heard of. And those who have never read a tome have seen the movies. At least one. The last spell in cinema soon. The trailer hit me in the eye. Therefore, I wanted to read the book lying around at home. I knew the story and I read the first two volumes. so I took over ...
past seven years, Harry follows the course of Poudlar. There are all experienced the joys, sorrows and fear. But this year, last, it will not. His life depends on it. Voldemort has returned, and Dumbledore is dead. Betrayed by Rogue. The circle is complete. And the race against time begins. The concern is that Harry and his two best friends, Ron and Hermione, go with a disability. They need to find boxes of Voldemort's soul but do not know at all what they are and where they are. Anxiety brings doubt. And doubt brings anger and regret.
Meanwhile, their enemy quietly takes power. The terror sets in, and the resistance are less numerous. The quest of our three friends seem compromised. Death will continue to surround them, protect them and eventually relieve them.

At first, like I said, I read with curiosity. And what a surprise. It is no less than 800 pages and not a single timeout. At first all is well. Harry is on the run but is attending a wedding and friends gathered. But this relative happiness highlights the seriousness and importance the suite. During the marriage, Voldemort's attack, and the hunt begins. From that point, the action never stops. Incidentally, the author forgets to set the intrigues which run from the beginning. It's very simple, one crisis in this latest installment all the characters in the saga last time. And all accounts are refrozen. From the perspective of history, the mass is said and JK Rowling has voluntarily closed the doors. And in terms of style? ...
Well! That's my biggest surprise. This book is an excellent novel. And this from start to finish. She leads her boat without boredom or disinterest point his nose. Feelings follow at breakneck speed. At times I had tears in my eyes. Then I laughed with the characters. The author was able to take risks: some characters die, so we followed them since the beginning of the saga almost. And even the three heroes are not spared. Quite honestly, I'm still reeling from this reading.
When will a new novel by JK Rowling?

How Much Is Jon Cryer Make Per Episode

Franz Kafka - The Burrow

there a month ago, I published my last column. And since then I've done radio silence. There are several reasons for this, but I must admit that the lack of time is the first of all. Yet I swear I have very good works speak to you. Among them, there is this news. This story should I say ... Indeed, it is an unfinished Kafka wrote. Perhaps the last in his handwriting
"I am alone in my tunnels. It is my will. Why do I invite someone? It would drive me and keep my work for himself. ha no! I am the one who created this hole. So it was a simple hole, my legs were a haven for someone like me. Attention eh! I multiplied the cul-de-sac and false trails. If you venture here, you certainly lose. then not bother to sue me.
It's true that sometimes, I'd never be alone and enjoy my burrow. but I must enlarge it still more. I must always secure the most. It's a job at all times. I do not have time for myself ... But what's that noise above me? Something would have found a flaw ?..."

I'm in love! And for several years.
I'm totally in love with Fanz Kafka. I discovered Metamorphosis . A pure masterpiece lumber through which the author portrays human fear of the unknown, and the next. It started from a premise absurd to give us lessons. The Burrow is in the same vein (as Josephine the Singer, or the people of souriségalement example). Here we are talking about a human emotion that has always existed. A sentiment that has been pushed to its climax in our time (the story in 1923 anyway). This simple sentiment is owned and paranoia that results.
Our hero, an animal apparently ... has created its tunnel and burrow. And he wants to defend at all costs. His paranoia is still very much in initially. But soon he heard popping noises. As a step in another tunnel. The fear of losing his creation becomes a feeling that does not give a second until the end. When I say 'end', I advanced a little since this is an unfinished novel. but, as usual with Kafka, it is sufficient in itself.
If you want to introduce you to Kafka style, do not hesitate to throw you for that book. And if you like, go to his Minutes or his other short stories.

Alloderm Gum Grafting Price

Diaz Canales & Guarnido - Hell, silence Blacksad T.4

The cat detective is in full case. He was in charge of finding a rising star of jazz. Sebastian "Little Hand" Fletcher is one of these geniuses of music that attracts the public that crap. And the problem today is simple: nobody knows what became of him in recent days. John himself wonders what he's doing there.
He got wind of this case through Weekly, his nosy friend. And, in love with the Jazz, it recognizes the talent gone. He went looking for him at the request of the director of the famous record label. Dying, he drags in rural voodoo and its artists wish him survive. But his son is convinced the old man throws money out the window. He is unaware that his only goal is survival of the lineage. Line threatened by a secret hereditary.

He's back! Finally!!
When I saw that the last volume of the adventures of Blacksad was out, I threw myself on it. For those emerging from hibernation media and literary Blacksad is the latest sensation from the small world of comics in recent years. Small masterpieces, bringing the volumes each time a light on issues that affect their lives in the U.S. and through their good sides. After
racism, McCarthyism and the atomic age, the authors plunge us in New Orleans and jazz. Through a story of loss, we follow John Blacksad in a maze of revelations. He meets again be atypical, and distress. He dives headlong into this new business without doubt a moment that his vision will surely find it slightly modified. In addition, the authors play with narrative and time. Indeed, the action starts in medias res, and runs on both sides of this event. So, you know the before and after the action is without slowed for a second. And then, drawing the sublime text. Each box is a table that forgets the idea of movement. The images are of breathtaking beauty but does not immobilize the storytelling.
So do not miss out on this work.

Where Can I Dip My Rims

Olivier Descosse - The corridor of the octopus

Porquerolles is a small island that is part of the archipelago of three islands d'Or. The island became a heritage site in 1988, offers visitors beautiful walks and cycling, with attractive beaches and stunning views along cliffs overlooking the sea south of shimmering colors. Its temperate climate adds to the charm of each season. You'll find everything for a pleasant stay.
In any case what was said when she saw the runner a dead sea that rejected as if she could keep it for her. The body half eaten by seagulls and crabs will not stay unknown for long, her name is Celine Larqué. But the police concluded suicide by drowning. She was a good swimmer but seemed vague malaise. The conclusion is in itself. However the Commissioner Tomasini, head of the BAC in Marseille, not heard this ear. Particularly close to the deceased, he wants to know the truth. He then asked the lieutenant Cabrera to investigate in your hands to see more clearly. Thus began a quest for truth that will make victims: corpses will mark the path of the cop, may also traumatized. Among them, the sister of the victim, Meredith O'Brien, who also feels that something is wrong, but it feels to be particularly concerned. And this, while Celine was only his half-sister. Doubt flat and madness lurks.

The row octopus is the first volume of the trilogy Cabrera. And from the first pages, Olivier Descosse puts foot in it with force. And the surprise does not give you the whole story. We run from Marseille to Paris via French Polynesia and its people marked by the nuclear tests of the French republic. When you are confident you understand why and how, Olivier dismantling everything and you return the brain. A very good thriller in permanent construction.
Note that originally, this novel should be a one-shot but under the request of the editor, he wrote two other volumes: Mirror of red blood pact. So, it should be read as such. It is sufficient itself and takes you through the intricacies of the brain of the author. Meanders which looks like the tentacles of an octopus that will bring you near the precipice.

Solve For R In An Annuity

F. Giroud & Bonin - Quintett "The story of Dora Mars

After the saga of the Decalogue with which Frank Giroud brought a fresh wind into the world of comics, the writer is waiting on his new project. Understand! After a project as insane, he could not imagine a story to delve into more basic.
Once again, this talented writer introduces us to one of his experiments. Just follow the fate of characters who have crossed into Macedonia during the First World War. What seemed important was not just some trivial for others. Their common thread? They are part of a musical quintet.

1916 Dora Mars is a cabaret singer trying to make something of his life through to the art of song. Everyone predicted for him a future, but nothing happens. She meets a Casanova who is armed with permission. A story full of love, deception and self-discovery begins. History seems to have implications far more recent times. But we know more with the last volume.

Frank Giroud proves once again that he is a master of the Franco-Belgian comics. While Van Hamme's hard to surprise and Giraud (Moebius) speaks to his retirement, he continues to explore patterns of original narrative. Once again, each album as a story in itself but all take a different dimension once the whole cycle completed. The suspense is well done. Result: we want to know the result immediately.
And then she comes in four volumes (logical for a quintet ..). Through volumes 2 to 4, we follow other protagonists of the event. Then, the last volume, entitled The Fall gives us the keys to everything. And it gives us the identity of the narrator. One last volume came out: an epilogue to close the loop.

Invitation To A Lia Sophia Party

Franck Giroud - The Decalogue (3)

Sequels and spin-off

The Eleventh commandment
There is no question here of a volume itself . Indeed, as I said before, the ten volumes presented above are sufficient to read and understand the series. They were provided alone at home. Then Frank Giroud realized he still had a wealth of information with all the research he has done. In addition, many people were asking the exact path Nahik and people encountered throughout the ten independent stories. This volume is his answer.

It was necessary to reinforce the illusion of consistency throughout to explain what had happened to the protagonists. But it was not enough to simply Giroud explain these details. He wanted this volume is another important explanatory. The importance of narrative that tried to give the other volumes. He then left it to Luke Revillon to build a frame that would bring these fictional characters. From there, our writer has written five short stories illustrated by artists who had worked on the original volumes.

The result is stunning. The real and the imaginary merge in a quest for truth. The stories written in a dozen pages are bound archival documents sometimes true and sometimes fictitious. It is then not easy to separate the false from true. Volume one extra one might think dispensable, Frank Giroud us lays a useful and enjoyable album to reading.

The legatee (with Joseph & Camille Meyer Béhé)
The appointment of Glasgow

There the story is more concentrated on Nahik but the protagonists of the first and second volume. We find in Glasgow the young fundamentalist of Fatwa. He changed. Time passed and reflection with. He wants to redeem himself, but he is forced to flee. Finally, he finds himself in Scotland because he saw the book 'The mark of the prophet, who happens to be a simple translation of Nahik. Besides, the killer of Clyde (which raged in the manuscript) is still talking about him. Amidst this, there is the widow of the writer who has just translated Nahik and fortune with.

You mix them together and you get a thriller in five volumes. Indie thriller series motherboard. Indeed, the characters were born, but the references are explained each time. Even if you have not read the Ten Commandments, you will understand if you read the legatee nevertheless. Only the first volume came out yet. But this volume it prefigured a great series such intrigues are numerous and rich.
These days, the fifth volume appeared on the shelves of your bookstore.

The Fleury-Nadal (with Joseph & Camille Meyer Béhé)
Ninon

This is the second The spin-off after legatee. Unlike the series that I mentioned just now, Nahik completely disappears from the skyline. Indeed, this is no issue here. In contrast, we find the family at the center of the whole saga: the Fleury-Nadal. Remember. Eugene was Nadal who was found with the help of the painter Desnouettes the scapula and the Decalogue. Nahik and is the work of his brother under his own ramblings. And finally, the novel's publication is the result of a Fleury-Nadal for the sake of an insurgent.

The principle of this series is to write ones-shots or stories in two volumes on the members of this family. The designers will be he who created the character (like here Lucien Rollin) or guests. The interest for the writer is to continue to expand the mythology surrounding Nahik and visiting French history through the eyes of actors. A series in the making.
Already four volumes have been released today.

Now you know what you have to do. Reading awaits you, but playing quality. Then afterwards, you can also take on the new series from writer: Quintett. But that's another story. And another stroke of genius of a writer of talent.

Cleaning Moncler Jacket

Franck Giroud - The Ten Commandments (2) Franck

Here is the result of chronic case with the last 5 albums.

Volume 6 - Exchange (with Alain Mounier)
Honor your father and your mother

1882, a trip to the promised land of Liberty United States of America. The family of Alice Fleury who has Nahik part of this trip. There they meet the family Santoni. Both women gave birth on board: one of Alice, the other a girl. Little girl who will not survive the sinking of the ship.
The story begins in 1902 for the 20 years of Alice. It has everything to be happy: a family united and smooth, rich house and all the boys at her feet. But she prefers to be with the little people that come with the attending his parents. While she china in a flea market, she finds Nahik with watercolors remind him that strangely framed in the living room of his parents. As it seeks to learn more about the book, she'll learn that his family has many other defects and other secrets.

It calms the game with stories of war and revenge. Although ... Here it comes to these family secrets that everybody is trying to forget but that arise in any research. The writer returns to the intimacy of the family he loves so much. The story, more intimate is served by a design that evolves with the story. Consistency in the general style but details of each designer: this is the rule of the series. Alain Mounier following rule to perfection. The focus here is more than in other volumes, the mysterious watercolors that illustrate Nahik. They are the trigger for the truth.

Volume 7 - The conspirators (with Paul Gillon)
You do not deceive those who love

1822. France is under the Restoration. Disorders due to the revolution of 1789 are not yet finished. Demonstrations and revolt follow tirelessly since then. And whatever the regime. During one of its manifestations, Hortense Fleury meets the gaze of Lieutenant Vitrac. By his body, his ideas and his desire for something else, he charms the young aristocrat. But she is already married and has one child. Yet the facts will not let her choose destiny. And for the good of the revolution, for the good of his handsome lieutenant, in his time of war, she moved to the insurgents to edit a book that will go down in publishing history. And enable them to raise funds. This manuscript behind in the Fleury family long ago. This e Nahik.

is the first album where there are protagonists of another. In fact, it's not totally true. There are only the Fleury family that we crossed in the previous volume, and found in the following volumes. The history of the manuscript is finally taking a certain thickness as such. One begins to understand where it comes from and who he is di. We're not out of surprises. Despite this important milestone in the saga, this album retains its independent force. You read it without knowing the other, you will be dazzled nonetheless. A historical account of how she likes with strong characters but never laughable. A feat when you see the gallery created by Frank Giroud. Traps could be numerous. And yet, he has avoided.

Volume 8 - Nahik (with Lucien Rollin)
You merciful to the weak, the disadvantaged and the poor in spirit

1813. The empire is in disarray. Everyone knows that his days are numbered but nobody actually says out loud. Fear of repression. But this silence makes victims. Among them, Alex Fleury, an officer French army wounded on the battlefield, he is crippled. He returned to France with his wife Ninon. They are both shelters with the brother of it, Hector is a famous writer of the Empire. The building, tall and dark, awakens the imagination of all. Especially when you know that Hector kept in a closed room his brother Captain Nadal. After participating in the Egyptian campaign, he came back mad and disfigured. A being or thing, haunts his days and nights. He gave her a name. This name is Nahik.

Nahik was born. Nahik How was he born? That is the question that remains inside the reader's mind from the beginning. A first answer comes in this album. Indeed, one begins to understand what really Nahik. Anyway, as regards the first element of the triptych, that is to say, the manuscript / novel. Besides, Frank Giroud, with the talent of Lucien Rollin, we painted a family where insanity reigns. But the madman is not necessarily who you think. And the infirm is not necessarily physically. Moreover, the drawings we make the madness of the former captain Nadal so palpable. One feels it and it frightens us.

Volume 9 - The papyrus of Kom-Ombo (with Michel Faure)
You shall not covet other people's property

The Egyptian campaign of Napoleon Bonaparte has ignited the passion of scholars France's empire. All dream of pyramids and ancient treasures of this country so distant and mysterious sui. A man is also interested in this country in its current state. This man, an army captain, we are not unknown. This is the captain Eugene Nadal. There, he meets another person who has the same appeal to Egypt today. This talented painter Fernand Desnouettes. This scientist knows the legends and myths of this country on the fingertips. Notably, the legend that deals with the maze of Thoth. A sanctuary where centuries have been filed before the papyrus of Kom Ombo. Derivative product of a cult of Islam.

After the manuscript and the novel is the turn of the watercolors to be appreciated if explained. We finally met the painter Fernand Desnouettes and talent. In addition we find Captain Nadal and what made him mad. The ball starts to unravel completely, but the mystery remains of the scapula wide. It certainly begins to unfold here, yet it remains unresolved at the end of the story.

History, precisely, let us talk. A story of adventure in the desert plains of sand-Kom Ombo. Magnificent scenery and intense characters. A conflict between the idealist and patriot. Between the artist and the soldier. And between science and mysticism. The characters, previews, or only encountered in other volumes, take on a relative importance which the whole series.

Volume 10 - The last Sura (Franz)
Thou shalt love God by example and not by force
In the year 652, the Arab empire includes a large number of countries ( including Afghanistan, Egypt, Lebanon ...). The only cement this architecture is religion. However, Islam is a religion of speakers. Indeed, it has been transmitted to humans mainly by word and the word of Mohammed. So that in these vast lands and among these different peoples, speaking differences and divergent interpretations develop. The Muslim empire was threatened in its cohesion and unity. And religion itself. Thus, some prisoners were designated by the Caliph to identify the various testimonies and to identify a unique book, the Koran.

Tayeb Abu Tayeb is one of those faithful who came in search of evidence and revelations. Mahdjubah he meets a young woman who reveals the existence of a strange sura of the Prophet. It exists as a Decalogue. Decalogue that Muhammad himself would have written in calligraphy on the blade of a camel. But these sacred principles are against the policy then the Caliph and his vision of Islam. This must be Decalogue buried. In good believer, Tayeb disagrees with that order. And charming Mahdjubah there is also no coincidence.

And the circle is complete. The scapula was born, and it finally understands the reason that it creates dissension within the Muslim religion. A word against the official truth, truth and a desire of a believer. Nothing could be easier. But it's written by Frank Giroud. The drawing by Franz, which may seem aggressive because very crude, gives depth to this confrontation between right-thinking, and the inconvenient truth.

A conclusion to the saga giving answers that were expected. A final volume is the first time. When you have read in order of publication, review them beginning with the last. You will discover the fate of this book and the Decalogue which has forced both destiny. Thursday, I return with the follow-up and spin-off. I will also talk a bit about the project that this genius has done more: a new narrative invention.

Gioud - The Decalogue

In January 2001, Glénat publish the manuscript scripted by Frank Giroud. The name was known for many series bédéphiles historical example. His talent was recognized, but the public preferred him to other greats. Two years later, in January 2003, the series The Decalogue closed with the release of the sixth album. First shock in the small world of comics: Ten albums released in two years. While it often takes this lapse of time between albums by a single run. Then, Giroud has to be noticed by the originality of the frame. We follow no recurring characters, but an element of decor.
Indeed, Nahik, a novel that seems to bring bad luck, his manuscript and sketches (including the shoulder blade of a camel on which is engraved with the Decalogue Muslim) are the three essential elements that we follow through the narrative. Through this artifice, the writer we constructed a series of ten independent albums that creates a coherent whole. First strike. The second is the choice of story to tell. Let me explain.
As previously stated, there is talk of a decalogue which would come from the Muslim religion, like the Jewish decalogue of Moses. Giroud each scenario built around one of the ten precepts of this sacred text. And the bet is successful. But I will not tell you more and let you taste this decalogue.

I wrote this record two years ago. I reworked to offer you today. At least the first part.

Top 10 Albums
Volume 1 - The manuscript (with Joseph Béhé ) ;
You don not kill e

A manuscript that nobody knows anything happens on the desktop of a
editor waiting for the book that the slide in the spotlight. Its publication unleashes the crowds. A film adaptation is on track. But this manuscript will impact and affect all of the characters as the main school. He is said to bring bad luck. He called Nahik.
This is the first book in the saga. And discovery for the reader of the first element of the triptych: the manuscript. Readers will discover the first independent narrative combining police and amorous intrigues. And most importantly, they dive into this world almost unreal exists throughout the saga.
With its cut scenario two simultaneous games, Giroud recounts the despair of a man who thought he saw his celebrity to arrive. The simple story of a home in the wrong place at the wrong time. Joseph Béhé drawings that are very realistic make this album a slice of contemporary life. A detective who is part of a much broader.

Volume 2 - The fatwa ( with Giulio De Vita )
You'll stay in touch with your conscience to hear God's voice

Sometimes nothing goes as it wants. While all united and seemed to smile, and Aline Merwan separate. They are too different. She, she is part of a touring company and himself, he is jealous and excessive leads to a fraction of fundamentalist Islam. On the station platform, while his friend gets on the Orient Express, he sees a literary Arabic on a fatwa which was tabled. Without thinking, he gets on the train driven by his pride wounded by his failure. He will sign the fatwa.
In this sequel, we Writer takes stock of a lifestyle and a philosophy. Two figures oppose all compete in a verbal battle through what everyone is trying to convince the other of the rightness of his words. An argument which only the reckless violence will end.
Here we follow the book, the second element of the triptych. The philosopher threatened by fatwa risked his life to have copied the content in camel scapula Nahik. And speaking out of the Decalogue Muslim who went against the so-called teachings of Muhammad. A pamphlet against the obscurantism of religious fundamentalists, who delights the eye by drawing De Vita while roundness.

Volume 3 - The meteor ( with Jean-François Charles )
You will not attribute any image to your God

1958. Christmas. Nahik exists. And while she works on Islam and its roots, Shelley McGuire can finally flipping through this book so mysterious and seems to know so much about this religion and the origin of its current direction. This book is in the words of his guide on the meteor Hagios Manolis, a Greek monastery perched on the peak heights inaccessible.
But she is not alone in this expedition. It is accompanied six companions whom she knows nothing. They all look the same book in September, but for unknown reasons. An impostor slipped among them. One in ten little niggers to begin.
It goes back in time. Nahik was at that time a recognized existence. Recognition he has over by the first volumes. Why? Frank Giroud we installed an atmosphere of fear and paranoia with this story. One by one they disappear under the blows of a mysterious intruder. One wonders why, especially if this wave is related to the book cursed. We begin to learn more about it.
drawings by Jean-François Charles very geometric, radically changes the two previous volumes. Cut very interesting and rewarding for the series. Here he shows the full extent of his talent in scenery.

Volume 4 - The oath ( with Tomaz Lavric-TBC-)
Thou shalt not bear false witness

World War II just ended in the defeat of the Nazis. But they were not alone in providing an ideology of ethnic slaughter. Besides the Italian fascists, there were also Croats who have made a devastating ethnic cleansing in Bosnia and neighboring countries. This album begins in complete disarray after the war. The Allied victors have gone on the hunt for enemies so trivial. The prison camps are full. The hatred on all sides. The men became animals. Davor Stimac
father finds himself torn between the atmosphere in an old friend he wants saved from the fury of the victors and the woman because of which it has entered orders. The former friends and lacerate Davor trying to make a choice. Choice already not easy, which is complicated with the arrival of Nahik in dance.
The atmosphere of hatred, betrayal and fear is beautifully depicted in this album. Once again, history is independent of the rest. However, major themes emerged and are confirmed with it. Indeed, although the Decalogue Muslim affects all religions. Nahik and seems to be the center of a vortex which reveals the existing problems in his relationships. The accuracy of the subject gives strength to the text.

Volume 5 - The Avenging (with Bruno Rocco )
You forgive your enemies
the machine back in time continues his tour of significant phases of history. In 1922, the Armenian genocide by the Turks is more than seven years. A group was created vengeful mission. This is the "debt service". They stalk their Turkish butchers across europe. The latter felt threatened patrons have been surrounded with guards. Therefore, it is increasingly difficult to achieve.
Gunneï Selim is one of those Turks. Zakarian and Missak part of this brotherhood Armenian vengeance. A manhunt begins in land cover. The hunter will Use two weapons they trust: the daughter of the torturer of his family, and Selim Nahik that wants to take in good bibliomaniac. He is desperate to get this book. But all is not so simple when Nahik is involved in the story.
was immersed in another dark period of history. As usual, Giroud not attached to the conflict as such but the effect it has on people. Looking deeply human touch. Emotions pass from Moon to another. The pity is going from one character to another. Bruno Rocco gives us a design more realistic and dark contrasts with the other albums. A contrast that makes a bowl fresh air but still a continuation of the graphic series.

Science Notebook & Life - The King Arthur

Arthur ... This name certainly evokes many images for you full of wonder and other epic battles. Or, like me, you name evokes the schoolboy jokes and comic situations Kaamelott . Others of a more advanced generation will bear in mind the gothic scenes of Excalibur by John Boorman. And I could go on the long list. You understand the basics: there are a thousand and one version of the myth.
But what is reality? Who Arthur? We do not really know. We do not even know if he existed. Oh ... There existed an Arthur (or Arturus) and even a few. But they were only simple warlords and not King of Brittany and Cornwall. So where does this legend, or I should say these legends?
As always, the writings of this mythology has been influenced by the political and military times she went through. For example, at the time of the origins of the saga, there was no question of Christ and the Holy Grail. Then, the writings have passed into the hands of the scholars of that time, monks and priests. Then they put their button, and their messages. Similarly Alfred Angelo Attanasio rewrote the caption under the illumination of the fantasy and the influence of ancient gods.

Here, it is this fluctuation that describes this and other reviews. It discusses the influence of the legend of King Arthur on his time, but also the influence of his time on history. After all, who can say about any of this legend? After reading this, I can clearly answer: Nobody. There must be many stories and versions as there are storytellers. But I can tell you the truth: this fresco has a major influence on art in general, and the novel in particular. And all this time.
And an article is devoted to the genesis of the epic novel, and its influence on our reading today. We learn by example that it was an instrument of policy. The powerful used it to create a prestigious lineage. All this is exciting and we learned a lot about these books that we love so much. And without our barber. I was impressed by the quality and clarity of this journal.

INTRODUCTION
-Definition:
" The separation of powers is the principle
institutional organization of inspiration
liberal regimes in force in the political
modern, advocating the separation of
government policy in several powers,
each with autonomy over
other means of control and reciprocal "
( Lexicon of Political Science, Dalloz).
The theory is, indeed, to make a split
power in three branches: legislative, executive and
judicial , and assign each member a function
each organ is dedicated.
- The purpose of separation of powers "is
avoid any drift towards the government
despotic through the division of the body Political
several powers distinct and balanced

power prevents concentration of force
in the hands of one power.
( Glossary supra).
theory separation of powers is therefore
the harmonious arrangement of the various skills of
constitutional bodies, describing how
accurate as their responsibilities as
empowerment of each other.
It is contrasted with the confusion of powers
where they are concentrated in a single institution
(assembly or government) which then combines
the legislative, executive or
(more rarely) judiciary.
- Origins:
The theory of separation of powers
is due to Locke ( First and Second Treaties
Civil Government, 1690) and especially
Montesquieu ( The Spirit of Laws , 1748).
Montesquieu wrote thus: "Any man who has
power is increased to abuse it ... Lest
can abuse power, must, by
disposition of things, the power stops
power. "
The separation of powers is proclaimed in
Article 16 of the Bill of Rights
Man and the Citizen of August 26, 1789 :
"Any society in which guarantee
rights is not assured, nor the separation of
has no specific powers
constitution " reaction of practice under
the Old Regime, the confusion of
powers in the hands of the king. This
held in Indeed, legislative, executive, and even
Judicial since "All justice emanates
King who delegated to officers " (justice),
under reserve the right to registration
Parliaments.
The separation of powers is a principle
constitutional Bill of Rights
1789 part of the "block
constitutionality"
that the Council is responsible for constitutional
enforce.
§ I - THE SEPARATION OF
POWERS
STATIC ASPECT
A - THE SEPARATION OF
DUTIES OF THE STATE

a) The legislative function
The first function of government is to legislate,

that is to say, ask the general rules and impersonal
s' impose on all subjects
of law and the state itself (requirement of the rule of law
) until repealed (express or implied
, but not obsolete). Note that
when the legislature repeals a law, it legislates
again and not, as once said Sarkozy,
" déligéfère ( sic)! This statutory function
may be entrusted to one (unicameral) or two
Assemblies (bicameral: the second chamber being
be created to mitigate runaway
the first chamber, or in a federal state,
to ensure the representation of states).
b) The executive
It is then for the State to execute the laws.
More broadly, the executive has a function
administration (hence the name
government which is to replace that of Executive
too reductive (see Article 20 of the Constitution of
October 4, 1958: "The Government determines and
conduct the policy of the Nation ). The executive can
be attributed to one or two people (
monarch or president of a side and Premier
another, even bicephalism diarchy).
c) The judicial function
Finally, it is for the State to organize a system
courts to try the conflicts of law
private (courts judiciary) and public law
( administrative courts) that exist.
These bodies are placed on an equal footing and
independent of each other: each
and can withstand the pressures of the other two.
B - RIGID OR SEPARATING SEPARATION
FLEXIBLE POWERS?
Two models of separation of powers exist.
a) The rigid separation of powers
(U.S. system)
This type of plan (read the description given by A.
de Tocqueville in "Democracy in America" )
which is an application of rigid design
of separation of powers finds its best
illustration in the political institutions
USA. This regime is characterized by the absence
means of reciprocal action (responsibility
policy of the President, dissolution of assemblies ).
The executive function is exercised by a President elected
universal suffrage for a term of four years
, renewable once. The legislative function is
entrusted to Congress with a House of
representatives elected for two years by all of
Population Union, and a Senate elected for six
years, with renewal by thirds every two years
, which represents the states.
Finally, judicial power belongs to a Supreme Court
, composed of judges appointed (by
Chairman) to independent living and other
powers.
In principle, as we said, neither the executive nor the
legislature does have levers
reciprocal: the President can not be removed
[except appeal to the exceptional
procedure of impeachment which can lead to
impeachment or resignation of President ,
as was the case for President Nixon])
by Congress, and it can not be dissolved by

President.
However, the American Constitution (1787)
provides for certain relations between the executive and legislative

: the President can impose its veto to
a law, Congress must authorize the budget
federal government. In addition, the presence of two major parties
(Democrat and Republican)
creates a link between powers (a party may
indeed hold both Presidency and the
majority in Congress).
A drift of this type of system has been found
in some Latin American countries
with the regime in favor of presidential-
president, serving screen to dictatorships .
b) The flexible separation of powers
(French model)
This is the parliamentary system where organs
are separate but together:
- distinct. .. :
Principle balance of power is found to
even within the legislative and the executive,
traditionally are split into two elements
:
. Parliament consists of two chambers
(or bicameralism bicameralism ): bedroom
elected lower direct universal (House of Commons
in Britain, National Assembly
France), an upper house recruited
by cooptation, heredity or universal suffrage
indirect (House of Lords in Great Bretragne,
Senate in France).
. The executive has a dualistic structure : it is divided
between a head of state (monarch, president of the
Republic elected by direct universal suffrage
or indirect, and principle, irresponsible) and
ministerial office (reporting to the
Parliament), with at his head a President of the Council
or Prime Minister.
- ... working together: a collaboration is established
between different bodies:
The executive involved in the legislative function by
his right of initiative laws, and its
power regulation. And he has right
of dissolution of one of the meetings.
The legislative acts in the public
Executive by financial authorities
allowing ministers d exercise their
skills. And it can initiate
political responsibility of government
by censure motion.
A drift can be found. The scheme

Parliamentary sometimes evolves into a
balance of meetings (third and
IV Republics which have reduced the
government a role of simple
subordinate) or for the benefit of executive
(in Britain, the firm has the
real power. The assembly loses its
rights in favor of the government because
of existence majority of faithful
agrees to vote all texts it is
submitted.
II - THE SEPARATION OF
POWERS
APPEARANCE DYNAMIC
(About the Constitution
French, 4 October 1958)
A - APPEARANCE: THE SEPARATION
FLEXIBLE POWERS
In his classic reading, that resulting from
text , the Fifth Republic was established under the auspices
of flexible separation of powers
( parliamentary system). The Constitutional Law
June 3 1958 (after
coup on May 13, 1958) gives
various directives to the constituent:
" The Government of the Republic establishes
a constitutional bill putting
implement the following principles:
... 2) The executive and the legislature could
must be effectively separated
so that the government and the Parliament ensure
each for itself and
under his responsibility the fullness of their
functions;
3) The Government shall be responsible
before Parliament;
4) The judiciary must remain independent
to be able to ensure compliance
liberties e ssentiel
such that they are defined by the Preamble
the 1946 Constitution and the Declaration
of human rights to which it
refers .
On this basis, have been enacted various
articles in the bill that became the
Constitution of 4 October 1958:
Article 20: "The Government determines
and conducts the policy of the Nation. It has
administration and the armed forces.
is accountable to Parliament .
Article 21: "The Prime Minister heads action
government. He is responsible for
national defense. It provides law enforcement
... It exercises regulatory power and appoints
for civil and military .
Article 24: "The Parliament [National Assembly
and Senate] vote law. It controls the action of
government.
Article 31: "The government members
access to both meetings. They agreed
when they ask."
Article 44: " Members of Parliament and the
government have the right to amend .
Article 49: "The National Assembly in
question the responsibility of government by
voting a motion of censure .
Article 12: "The president of the Republic may
... dissolve the Assembly
National .
The President, under Article 5,
" ensure compliance with the Constitution. It provides
through his arbitration regular operation
government and the continuity of
the state. He is the guarantor of national independence
, territorial integrity and respect for
treaties. According text of the constition, the
own powers (enumerated in Article 13)
recognized President of the Republic are
mutatis mutandis those of a préseident
Third and Fourth Republic ( sort of moral
judiciary). Therefore, it is politically irresponsible
(but see
Article 68 resulting from the 2007 reform which
provides for impeachment of President
in cases of "breach his duties
manifestly incompatible with the exercise of
its mandate. "In this case, Parliament is set
High Court). Hence, also, originally, the fact that
President of the Republic is elected by a college
major constituents (deputies, senators, counselors
generals, mayors, representatives delegates from municipal councils
) and not by direct universal suffrage.
As for the judiciary, called an authority
judicial by the 1958 Constitution, Article 66 provides that
" The judicial authority, guardian of
individual liberty, enforces this principle
as provided by law .
Article 64 states that "The president
guarantees the independence of the judiciary.
He is assisted by the Superior Council of Magistracy
... Judges are irremovable .
B - REALITY: THE DRIFT OF POWERS
CONFUSION TO THE SOLE BENEFIT
THE PRESIDENT THE REPUBLIC
The Constitution of 4 October 1958 introduced a regime
original is not entirely the
parliamentary system nor entirely plan
president. We then could qualify regime
semi-presidential. However, analysis of the text
original is basically a system
parliament (see below the cohabitation).
As mentioned above under Article 20 of the Constitution
"The government determines and
led national policy." Everything will change
with change just a few words
the Constitution. By changing little, we changed
all. constitutional reform of 28
October 1962 introduces the election of the President of the
Republic by direct universal suffrage
(Article 6: "The president of the Republic is elected
for seven years by direct universal direct . This
reform has also been made in
controversial circumstances by the recourse to
referendum on the basis of Article 11 to be
Article 89 ( participant and the Coup d'Etat
permanent " to resume terms
Francois Mitterrand ). Hence the preponderance
President of the Republic
due practice (the "agreements of the
Constitution," the Professor Pierre April),
not to text itself, enhanced by
personality of General de Gaulle is then
i nstitutionnalisée. Other powers and
constitutional bodies, according design
General de Gaulle , subordinate.
The practice Gaullist last
after the departure of General de Gaulle and experience a kind of apotheosis
with presidentialization
of excessive Sarkozy. Rather than plan
semi-presidential it is more accurately described
hyperprésidentiel scheme.
drift of the parliamentary system is
then performed.
Other events are part of this
hyperprésidentialisation of scheme:
- the constitutional reforms in 2000 and 2001
deciding the reduction of office Presidential
7 to 5 years and reversal of timing
election (first election
presidential elections then
legislative);
- the fact the majority (coincidence
presidential majorities and legislative )
- personality erased early
Ministers (last place Fillon considered
as a kind of super director
firm Chair)
- the assertion of a "reserved area "
(foreign affairs, national defense :
actually rather a "shared domain");
- Parliament has seen his reduced duties by
the 1958 Constitution. Indeed, the law has
a limited field (combination of
Articles 34 and 37 of the Constitution), it is sometimes
confiscated by the government
(use ordinances of the article 38) and
sometimes controlled by the Constitutional Council
that can be seized the constitutionality of laws before
promulgated by authorities
qualified, and after promulgation (since 2008)
at the request of any defendant in
a proceeding pending before a court
judicial or administrative.
Admittedly, the constitutional law of 23 July 2008
was presented as increasing the rights of
Parliament. In reality, the strengthening of those rights
is designed in the sense of limiting
prerogatives of the Prime Minister in respect of
weakening the national representation;
- the intervention of the executive in the judiciary:
Minister justice is superior
hierarchical prosecutors.
The independence of the Prosecutor
is a requirement arising from the jurisprudence
European Court of Human Rights and
of the Court of Cassation.

It requires cutting the "umbilical cord"
the Republic, and assent
for appointments of other judges
the prosecution. The Superior Council of Magistracy
be disciplinary body
(and not the minister of justice as
today) to prosecutors
as is already the case for magistrates
seat. Article 64 of the Constitution

(" The president is the guarantor of
independence of the judiciary ") Should be repealed
as contrary to the principle of
separation of powers.
